We TAJ INSTRUMENTS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the ordered Material have been dispatched from our Factory.
- We does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items . However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 30 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 30 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty , please inform to our Customer Service team . In case of any Refunds approved by the Company it’ll take 3-5 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
- If by any chance any customer is not Happy/Satisfied, we will take back our Instrument within 30 days from the date of Invoice and refund you the amount provided after we receive the Instrument in Original, Safe Packing with all Standard Accessories. (Except Standard Weights).
Order Cancellation by the Customer
If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend doing so within 24 hours of placing the order or before the dispatch/shipping of the product, whichever is earlier. Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. For cancellations made within the valid time frame, a written request must be sent via email to our official support address with full order details including invoice number, order date, and reason for cancellation. Cancellation will be processed only after proper verification. Please note that customized machines or made-to-order equipment are not eligible for cancellation once the manufacturing process has started.
Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order under circumstances such as: non-availability of stock, pricing errors, incorrect information provided by the customer, suspicious transactions, or violation of our terms of service. In such cases, the customer will be informed via email or phone, and the entire amount will be refunded within 30 days through the original mode of payment or another mutually agreed method. No cancellation charges will be deducted if the order is cancelled from our end.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The product is not functioning and cannot be repaired or replaced under warranty.
The order was cancelled prior to dispatch and qualifies for a refund under our cancellation policy.
All refund claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any claims raised beyond this period may not be accepted. The original invoice, packaging, and product must be retained until the refund or return process is completed.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is verified and approved by our support team, we will initiate the refund. Refunds are generally processed within 30 days. The amount will be credited to the same payment source used during the original transaction (e.g., bank account, UPI, credit/debit card). In the case of COD orders, a refund will be processed through NEFT/RTGS to the customer’s provided bank account after due verification.
Deductions and Charges
In case of customer-requested cancellations after the dispatch of the product or if the product is returned without any fault from our side, a nominal deduction may be applied towards logistics and handling charges. However, if the refund is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, the full amount will be refunded with no deductions.
Return & Replacement Policy
Before a refund is processed, in applicable cases, we may offer a replacement or repair if the issue is minor and resolvable. If a replacement is not feasible or if the issue persists even after a repair/replacement, then a refund will be issued. Return shipping costs will be borne by us only in case of faulty, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.
