Once the order is confirmed and payment is received (in case of prepaid orders), the dispatch process begins. Standard products are usually dispatched within 2 – 3 business days. In the case of customized, heavy-duty, or industrial-grade weighing scales, the dispatch time may range between 7 to 15 business days, depending on the complexity and manufacturing schedule. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through domestic courier companies . Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company.
We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your Number as specified during Order .

We offer free shipping for select products and regions under promotional campaigns or bulk purchases. Otherwise, nominal shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address, package weight, product type, and urgency of the order. Any additional fees, such as octroi, entry tax, toll tax, or special delivery charges, will be communicated to the buyer in advance during the checkout process or before final invoicing.

Delays, Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
If our delivery partner is unable to deliver the parcel due to incomplete address, unavailability, wrong contact details, or customer refusal, a reattempt will be made, if applicable. However, repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation or additional re-delivery charges. If the delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable period without valid justification, customers may cancel the order and request a refund (as per our refund policy). In such rare cases, the full amount will be refunded without any deduction.
