Pricing, Taxes & Payment Terms
All prices listed on our platforms are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned. GST and other government levies will be added as per Indian taxation laws. We accept payments through bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or cash (where permitted). Full payment must be made in advance unless a written credit agreement is in place. TAJ INSTRUMENTS and ATTOGRAM SCALES INDIA PVT. LTD. are not responsible for delays due to payment clearance issues.
Order Confirmation and Invoicing
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp along with an invoice. This invoice will include the product description, quantity, unit price, taxes, and total amount payable. Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment is received or a valid Purchase Order (PO) is accepted in writing. All invoices must be retained for future reference, warranty claims, or service support.
Warranty, Installation & After-Sales Support
Our machines come with standard manufacturer warranty as specified per product. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal usage conditions. Physical damage, mishandling, tampering, electrical issues, or unauthorized repairs void the warranty. Installation and training services may be provided upon request or as part of a sales package. All service and maintenance support must be routed through official channels only. We reserve the right to verify warranty eligibility before approving service.
User Responsibilities & Usage Guidelines
